White House Condemns 'Democrat Hoax' as More Epstein Estate Images Made Public

Democratic lawmakers have released a additional set of what they described as "alarming" pictures from the estate of adjudicated sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The first release of 19 photographs—a portion of which have been previously circulated—combined with another 70 unveiled later on Friday represent a small number of the nearly 100,000 images handed over to the House investigative panel, which is examining the behavior and associations of Epstein.

The shamed investor was a victim of apparent suicide in a New York jail cell in 2019 after being indicted on sex-trafficking charges.

Notable Figures in the Photos

Included in the high-profile individuals visible in the opening set are public figures featuring movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is photographed with six women, whose faces are redacted.

White House Statement

The White House addressed the release in a statement, charging Democrats of purposefully "hand-picking" the pictures for partisan aims and to "seek to establish a false account."

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been time and again refuted," a White House spokesperson remarked, maintaining that "the Trump administration has done more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats have ever done by consistently demanding transparency, disclosing reams of documents, and calling for further investigations into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Panel Member Comment

The photographs were disclosed lacking captions, but as stated by a California Democrat and senior member of the investigative panel, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's connections to wealthy individuals.

"It is time to stop this White House cover-up and bring justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his influential associates," he declared in a comment.

The release of these materials coincides with the oversight committee continuing its inquiry into the Epstein matter.
